Bengbu City Haoye Filter Co., Ltd is located at Bengbu High/new Tech Industrial development Zone with 53000m² land area, 55000m² building area, Which has four hundred and eighty staffs, whose included almost a hundred engineers and technicians.

More than 20 years, Haoye always grasp the advanced technology and experience of filter firmly and has developed into a well-known manufacturer which is famous for the vehicle filter at home and abroad. Now the company has more than 10 production lines to reach annual capacity up to 20 million various filters, our products range the oil filters、 fuel filters(petrolfilters、diesel filters) 、air filters and cabin filters up to 10 major categories and nearly two thousand varieties. The environment-friendly oil filters、environment-friendly air filters、filtering material organic coated film technology and other projects were got the free financial support from the Creation Foundation of City/Province/National S&T Ministry. In recent 3 years, the annual product、sales revenue is growing fast at a speed of 50%.

The company thinks much of scientific innovation and R&D business, and considers it as one of the principal factor to build core competence. In order to enhance enterprise self creation ability, it sets up the technical center and worked closely with the Institute of Material Science and Engineering of Beihang University to form the first “Filtering Material Modification Technical R/D Center” in Nov. 2005 and the developed “filtering material organic coated film technology” has passed in the provincial appraisal by the experts sponsored by Anhui S & T Dept in Sept. 2006. This project has filled the technical blank in China and the technology is leading in the country and was therefore given the free financial support from the Creation Foundation of national S&T Ministry for Technical type Mid/Small enterprises. Our technology center has been certified as provincial level. Laboratories established for filtration materials and engine oil/fuel/gas filter performances are equipped with several sets of advanced testing instruments, with which physical index of filters can be tested. Also, with these equipments we can provide testing of overall performances of various filters in accordance with domestic standard, ISO, SAE standard etc.

Our company strengthens the quality control constantly, and improving unceasingly according to the ISO/TS16949 quality control system standard. Through APQP project management、FMEA analysis、fail-safe technical application、SPC. MSA application、Product verification、Process verification、supplier's development and management and other measures，so, the quality of product grow up year by year, the supply quality grow up year by year and the customer degree of satisfaction rises year by year.

Haoye expanded scale and productivity unceasingly and pay attention to safety in production and environmental protection. At present Haoye is included the Anhui Province 861 priority project,  invest 110 million yuan and annual output of 30,000,000 pcs highly effective filter projects is carrying out tensely,which is expected to be commissioned in October, 2008. The new project's ramming equipment uses the multi-location tooling continuously automation production, realizes the non-hominization operation, which will raise the production efficiency greatly and ensure production safety. The spin-on filter assembly use the automated seal, dry testing and the dusting uses the high infrared heating. It will raise the production efficiency very greatly, saves the energy, grow the product quality assurance ability up.
